Two weeks ago my program went on it's second group trip of the semester. We went to the north of Israel and visited Nazareth, Yodfat, the first kibbutz, the fortress of Nimrod, the Galilee, and Akko. Here are some pictures.

'
Yodfat, a Jewish settlement in the Galilee.

Nazareth! A very cool city! And Jesus was all over the place.

My friend Michael in front of Jesus as an Adolescent Cathedral.

A stone that Jesus ate off of. Yeah.

Church of the Annunciation.

A bunch of countries with Catholic populations submitted paintings/mosaics of Mary to display in and around the church.

WHERE THE ANNUNCIATION HAPPENED. whatttt???

Mexico's submission for the portrait of Mary (and my favorite of all the countries I saw).

Nazareth sky.

The sea of Galilee in the early morning. Where Jesus walked on water. (A view from our hostel)

Kibbutz Degania- the first kibbutz in Israel.

Our tour guide, Nimrod, and a Palestinian urban planner.

Fortress of Nimrod.

Sunset in the North!

That is Lebanon.

Love these things.

The port of Akko.

Beautiful Akko shore.

It was a nice trip to the north!
